A pub where you play, not only where you drink
An evening at Molly's is not just a drink at the bar. The pub has an outdoor pétanque court, darts, beer pong, and above all regular tournaments: poker on Tuesdays, Mus upstairs through the season.
Everything is open to everyone. No level and no licence required, and the regulars are more likely to explain the rules than to take advantage. It is the easiest way to move from one table to the next when you know nobody.

Tuesday poker, free to enter
The pub's most regular fixture.
Every Tuesday at 7.30pm, three tables and twenty-four players maximum, Deepstack Texas Hold'em No Limit. No buy-in, no entry fee: the bar hosts, Red Cactus runs it, you play.
The top three players in each tournament qualify for the regional and then national stages of the Red Cactus circuit, and two extra places are decided in an end-of-season play-off. Registration goes through the Red Cactus platform, on the Molly's Pub listing.

What gets played when it is not Tuesday.
Mus
The Basque card game, played upstairs. Tournaments are held regularly to fill the nights without poker; the dates appear in the listings.
Pétanque
A court on the outdoor terrace, free to use outside tournaments. Pétanque tournaments are announced like any other date, in the listings and on Instagram.
Darts
Available on site, no booking and nothing to organise. Enough to fill the end of an evening, in twos or in sixes.
Beer pong
The group game par excellence, mostly asked for at private upstairs bookings and birthdays.
Before you come
Starting out, signing up, coming as a group
For poker, sign up in advance on Red Cactus: the twenty-four seats go fast on busy weeks. For everything else, just turn up — the pub opens at 4.30pm Tuesday to Friday and at 2pm on Saturday.
Being a beginner is not a problem. The Deepstack format gives you more time than a fast tournament to learn as you play, and Mus can be explained in a few hands. Reading the basic rules beforehand is plenty.
As a group, write to us: from around ten people we hold an area, and the whole upstairs floor can be booked privately from twenty-five, with its covered terrace, its dance floor and the games available.
Practical details

A short walk from the SNCF station and the motorway exit, with free parking right nearby and cycle paths to the door. The pétanque court is on the terrace side; Mus and poker are played indoors.
